Themed Week Subject Areas 

Children have the opportunity to explore, experience, discover and learn as much about their chosen topic as possible. WPS curriculum weeks are a termly opportunity for our children to study a topic in depth for a full week.

Cross curricular writing is an additional focus of our Curriculum weeks. We enable children to use the stimulus of these weeks to produce a range of cross curricular writing. This allows children to demonstrate their writing skills beyond English lessons and across the school curriculum.
