Online Safety at WPS

At WPS we use ICT and the internet to learn specific computing skills, to enhance our learning across the curriculum and develop skills for life.

Children are taught how to stay safe when working online and Online Safety is a priority in all our work.

Our staff and children are trained in all aspects of online safety and training is updated regularly.

Our online safety rules and the Woolton Web Way, provide daily reminders and guidance on how to stay safe online.

Miss Robinson is our Online Safety Lead.

Online information and safety guidance  is regularly shared with parents through workshops, newsletters and school assemblies.

Our WPS Online Safety Newsletter is emailed directly to parents/carers every month. You can find an example newsletter by following the blue link below.

Information for parents – Children under the age of thirteen are not permitted to hold Facebook, Instagram or Twitter accounts, Please remember all Woolton Primary School pupils are too young to use Instagram, Facebook or similar social networking sites
